9th Street Bridge Repairs May 9th

The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that repairs to 9th Street (IL 7), from Illinois 53 (Independence Boulevard) to Old 9th Street, in Lockport, will require daily lane closures beginning, weather permitting, Monday, May 9th.
The project, which consist of deck and joint repairs and the installation of new deck overlay, is expected to be completed in early December.
